Dear Coyote Creek Supporter:
The purpose of this letter is to ask for your financial assistance and donation to Coyote Creek Elementary School (grades K-6) in Douglas County.
The Coyote Creek Elementary School PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is a chapter of the Douglas County Educational Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible within the limits of the law. The purpose of the Douglas County Educational Foundation is to develop private resources to enrich education within Douglas County schools for the fulfillment of lifelong learning experiences of our students, citizens and community. CCE's PTO is composed of parent volunteers, students and community members with staff support and assistance.
Our goal for the 2011-12 school year is to raise $63,000 based upon 392 kids registered (about $161 per kid). We are fundraising to provide:
- An additional Kindergarten teacher to offset the large Kindergarten class sizes
- A classroom aide for the sixth grade classes
- New and upgraded technology for the classrooms
- Events and activities throughout the year
- Increased staffing for art for the 2012-13 school year
- Staffing for the RtI program for the 2012-13 school year (Response to Intervention, RtI, is an education model that provides high quality, standards-based instruction and intervention that is matched to students’ academic, social/emotional, and behavioral needs).
We need the help of people who are ready to make a difference in children’s lives. With your help, we can elevate our school to exciting and inspiring heights.
The Coyote Creek Elementary PTO is recognized as a 501 (c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible. 100 percent of the money donated to Coyote Creek Elementary PTO funds Coyote Creek’s educational programs, curriculum, events, facilities, and amenities.

Silver Level $250 Includes:
- One school directory
- Monthly emails for events and activities

Gold Level $500 Includes:
- One school directory
- Monthly emails for events and activities
- 4 e-mail messages sent to CCE PTO families advertising your business (advertising subject to CCE PTO President approval)
- Half-page ad in the CCE School Directory
- Company recognition on the CCE PTO website
Platinum $1,000 and up Includes:
- One school directory
- Monthly emails for events and activities
- 9 e-mail messages sent to CCE PTO parents advertising your business (advertising subject to CCE PTO President approval)
- Full-page ad in the CCE School Directory
- Company recognition on the CCE PTO website
- Framed donation certificate
SPECIFIC SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
- Grants for Teachers and Staff = $15,000
- Kindergarten Teacher = $10,000
- Aide for Intermediate Grades = $8,000
- Technology = $2,000

Please keep this important information in mind when considering your donation:
- Colorado ranks 48 out of 50 states in tax dollar allotment toward public education
- Due to growth in Douglas County, we continue to be operating with less per pupil funds due to the significant student enrollment growth that happens from year to year (October to October).
